The 2 fluffy layers create extra volume, move playfully along with every move you make and are finished off with rushing at the bottom. The top layers are made from an ivory coloured tulle and the skirt is made from a shiny ivory coloured sateen. Finished off with an elastic trim. With this gorgeous petticoat you will be the centre of attention at any party!
