This 20s Del Mar Flapper Dress in Black is a real showstopper, which is hand embellished with tiny, shiny beads in black, wow! The top creates an illusion of a sweetheart neckline thanks to the sheer mesh embellished with shiny, black sequins in a diamond pattern. The short cap sleeves and the beaded fringe along the hemline complete the look. Made of a stretchy, black, semi-sheer (recycled) fabric and fully lined for extra comfort.
