Bloom baby, bloom! Beautiful Andi has an elegant surplice neckline and short sleeves. From the flattering pleated waist band she runs down into a semi-swing skirt that hits below the knee. This gorgeous dress is the perfect travelling companion... since she is made of a supple, stretchy and slinky, lightweight, cornflower-blue fabric with a soft sheen that won't wrinkle, featuring a dreamy floral print.
