This beauty features an elegant faux-wrap top with a V-neckline, 3/4 sleeves and from the pleated waistband down she runs into a semi-swing skirt that beautifully sways with every move you make! She is made of a supple, stretchy and slinky fabric in navy blue with a soft sheen that is adorned with a gorgeous print of flowers and birds. She is also lightweight and won't wrinkle.
