Velvet isn't worn. It owns the room! This swing dress from the new Topvintage Boutique Collection was created by our in-house designers and is available exclusively at Topvintage! Darling Darlene is made of a slightly thicker but supple, wine-red fabric blend that has the look and feel of velvet, a light stretch and a beautiful flock pattern. Velvet and vintage!
