Have you found the perfect dress or already placed an order? Wonderful! We understand that you can't wait to receive your new item(s).  If you complete your order before 14:00 pm CET on Monday-Friday, it will be dispatched the same day (except for Dutch national and public holidays). For deliveries to the Netherlands it's 4:30 pm CET.

Shipping costs and expected delivery time per country
The delivery time to all countries depends on the circumstances of the country of destination. Small, light items are being sent through normal postal service, so the delivery time depends on the postal service concerned.

Select the country to which your order needs to be sent and you'll immediately see what the shipping costs and the expected delivery time are. Please note, this is the delivery time with the exception of Dutch National Holidays and this delivery time does not include delays at customs.

USA  and Canada shipping 

Good news! We have been able to resume shipping to the US. Packages to the US and Canada will be shipped with FedEx. On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, FedEx will pick up packages destined for the US and Canada from us and send them to their destination.

Attention! All orders from outside the European Union may be subject to additional import duties, customs fees and taxes imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country. These costs are the customer’s responsibility and will not be reimbursed by Topvintage. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to find out about any potential additional charges.

Please always click on the track & trace link that you received via e-mail first, to check the current delivery status. In case your parcel still hasn't been delivered during the estimated time frame, please contact us. Does the tracking link show the order as ‘delivered’ but you haven’t received it? Please be sure to contact us within 7 days so we can start an investigation into the missing parcel. 


Frequently asked questions

Once your order is dispatched, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking link. This will be sent once your parcel has arrived at the courier's depot. Usually in the evening on weekdays. Have you ordered over the weekend? Then you will usually receive the tracking information on Monday evening.

In addition, you can easily track your order through your Topvintage account. Go to “My Orders” and click on “View Order” to find the tracking link.


Yes, of course! We offer worldwide shipping. 


You will receive an e-mail with the track & trace link once the order is on its way to you. We recommend checking your local carrier's information for their delivery procedure. If an addressee is not at home, parcels are sometimes left with a neighbour or another delivery attempt is made on the next business day. In case of a failed delivery attempt the carrier will often leave a note in your letterbox with additional information. You may also have the option to reschedule delivery or to pick up your parcel at a local pick-up point. 


Shipping costs can vary depending on the country and order total. A table with all the rates per country is available on the Shipping page. 

If items are sent as letter post through normal postal services, the delivery time depends on the postal service concerned and it might take a little longer than usual. The big advantage being that you don't need to be home to receive your parcel. 


Using boxes to ship items is extremely bad for the environment since it also means shipping a lot of air. By using our new mailing bags instead of boxes, this negative side effect can be reduced significantly. Moreover our mailing bags are made from recycled plastic and can be thrown out with the plastic waste. You can find out more about the plastic bags and our CSR policy here.

We understand that you want to receive your new item(s) as quickly as possible. In the Netherlands: if your payment is received before 16.30 (or approved by Klarna), we will still dispatch your order on the same day. In almost all cases, you will receive your Topvintage parcel the next day! You will receive our email with the tracking link as soon as your parcel has arrived at the parcel service depot. This usually happens in the evening. If you place an order over the weekend, your parcel is usually processed on Monday and you will receive the tracking link in the evening. Additionally, you can easily track your order via your Topvintage account. Go to “My Orders” and click on “View Order” to find the tracking link.

If you are from Belgium or Germany, the usual delivery time is one working day. You can find the delivery time for other countries here.
