Promotional discounts

  • These promotion terms and conditions apply to Topvintage promotions communicated through the website, e-mail, Google, Facebook and/or Instagram; 

  • In order to receive a discount by using a discount code, you need to add the discount code to your shopping bag at the checkout;

  • This promo cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion and does not apply to gift cards and sale. 

  • This promo is also valid in the Topvintage Store in Kerkrade, the Netherlands, unless stated otherwise;    

  • By taking part in the promotion, the participant agrees to these terms & conditions;  

  • This promo offer is not retroactive; only purchases made within the specified promotional period are eligible;

  • Topvintage reserves the right to change the promotion terms and conditions at any time without prior notice;  

  • If the promotional discount has ended and the participant wishes to receive the same item in a different size, the participant can contact the customer service.  

    During our beloved promotional events, it can be extra busy in our warehouse, which may cause order processing and shipping to take a little longer than usual. We strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, but a slight delay may occur during these periods. Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience!

Friday Giveaway

  • Entries open every Friday at 15:00 (3 pm CEST), while the 2 winners will be announced on our Facebook and Instagram every Monday, unless stated otherwise; 

  • Participants must follow all specific requirements to qualify for the Friday Giveaway. These details will not be used for any purpose other than our Friday Giveaway. We will never ask you for additional personal information and/or credit card details;  

  • Winners are drawn and selected at random and impartially. No correspondence will be entered into;   

  • The prize cannot be substituted for cash or goods;   

  • If the winner rejects the prize, then the prize may be forfeited and awarded to another winner. 

Welcome discount

  • When you enter your e-mail address to get the 10% welcome discount, you automatically sign up for our newsletter;  

  • The welcome discount can only be redeemed once per account and will be valid for 5 days after receipt; 

  • You need to enter the discount code at checkout for you to receive the discount on your order; 

  • This discount code is only redeemable when you’re logged into your Topvintage account; 

  • The discount code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, unless stated otherwise;  

  • Gift cards are excluded from the welcome discount. 

Birthday discount

  • The birthday discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion; 

  • The birthday discount can only be redeemed once per account and will be valid for 7 days after receipt; 

  • Gift cards are excluded from the birthday discount;

  • You need to enter the discount code at checkout for you to receive the discount on your order; 

  • This discount code is only redeemable when you’re logged into your Topvintage account. 

Win your order back

  • This promotion gives participants a chance to win back their purchase amount. Specific instructions will be communicated during the promotion.. 

Search & win

  • During the Search & Win promotion, participants can explore the website in search of specific items or clues in order to win prizes. Further details will be communicated during the respective promotion;

  • Personal data will be processed in accordance with Topvintage's privacy policy, which is available on the website.


Terms and Conditions for Topvintages’ Email Giveaway Contest as of 6th November 2025. 

  • Eligibility: The giveaway contest is open to participants who meet the following criteria: 

    • Are 18 years of age or older

  • Entry: Every new email entry via the website pop-up is a new entry to the giveaway. Entries after 1st December 2025 at 11:59pm CET will not be counted. Entries are limited to one email entry.

  • Duration: The giveaway contest starts on 6th November 2025 and ends on 1st December 2025 at 11:59pm CET. Only entries submitted before the deadline will be considered.

  • Prize: The winner will be reimbursed for the value of their last purchase with Topvintage. The prize, as defined in the terms, is non-transferable, and there will be no cash alternatives to it. Topvintage reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product or service of equal value.

  • Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries by the deadline. The winner will be notified through email. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, another winner will be selected and details of this will be disclosed closer to the time. 

  • The prize must be claimed within 30 days.

  • Publicity: By participating in the giveaway contest, the winner agrees to allow  Topvintages to use their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without compensation.

  • Liability: Topvintage is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to participants or their property related to their participation in the giveaway contest. Participants agree to release and hold harmless  Topvintage and their affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the giveaway contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

  • Governing Law: The giveaway contest and these terms and conditions are governed by and construed per the laws of the Netherlands 

  • Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from or related to the giveaway contest or these terms and conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration. The arbitration will occur in the Netherlands and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.

  • Modification: Topvintage reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway contest without notice. Topvintage also reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice.

    • By participating in the giveaway contest, participants agree to be governed by these terms and conditions, as defined by Topvintage.


    Topvintage reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any promotion with or without prior notice.
