Tibby Tartan Swing Skirt in Black and White
Size:
Monochrome tartan, maximum swing. Tibby is worn high at the waist and runs down into a flowy swing skirt with handy side pockets and a detachable belt. Made of a firm, yet soft fabric (barely stretches) featuring a classic check pattern in black and white.
