A handy way to calculate the circumference of your finger yourself is to put a ribbon or string around your finger, mark where the string overlaps and then measure the length of the string used against a ruler or tape measure. Make sure you do not wrap it too tightly, but keep it a bit loose. The ring is slightly adjustable because of the open back!
