This flirty two-toned swing dress in halter style is your opportunity to escape to sun-drenched Sicily. The halter-style top made of a supple and high-quality, chiffon-like fabric in white peppered with polka dots and runs into a green, flowy skirt with a light stretch. They say that Sicily is more beautiful than any woman... but they clearly haven't seen a woman in this dress! ;-)
