She features a round neckline with fixed tie straps (that can be worn both loose and tied in a bow) and ½ puff sleeves with a playful tuck stitch. She is made of a lovely soft and stretchy, fine-knit dark-green viscose blend. A versatile top that every vintage-loving lady should have in her wardrobe!
