Flowers are always a good idea! This beauty is made of a firm, yet supple, dark-blue cotton blend strewn with beautiful flowers. She flaunts a fitted top with a diamond-shaped neckline and flattering ¾ puffy sleeves with keyholes. The detachable fabric belt creates an extra 'snatched' waist.
