The perfect addition to your retro wardrobe, this beauty flaunts a built-in bolero with a single button closure, a V-neckline and ¾ puff sleeves. From the fitted waist she runs into a flowy swing skirt that creates a super feminine silhouette. Made of a firm, yet supple, sea-green cotton blend with just a hint of stretch that is peppered with black polkadots. It's always polkadot o'clock with fabulous Finley ;-)
